Scientists think we are losing the battle against these viruses.

These viruses are really micro terrorists. They hit you anytime, any where when you least expect it.

They are mutating and getting stronger and stranger to humans.

Ebola viruses for example, are ancient viruses. They had been latent to man until man starts opening up and clearing jungle and forest.

Ebola virus has mutated and jumped from gorillas to humans. They are now threatening human lives.

The H51N viruses (bird flu) are now able to jump from birds to humans.

The Sars Corona viruses are scary. Sars virus is believed to have come from bats.

The question is are there more on the way? Scientists think there are and will be coming in different forms.

Modern medicine are lagging behind to find a prevention or a cure. For example, until today there is no cure for HIV virus.

The viruses are getting deadlier and more potent.

They are not living organism and cannot live on their own. Therefore they need hosts. Animals and humans become their hosts.

Once it has found a host, it will hijack the host and then it will break up the host DNA, change it and start to multiply in great numbers.

If you have seen horror movies like alien attack or invasion, you need to be frighten because that is exactly what is going to happen in your body if a deadly virus resides in you.

You are just a cell away from a virus.

Viruses and pathogens are everywhere. From the air you breathe in to the food and drink you take. No one is exempted.

At the same pathogens and viruses are no respector of man. The moment you immune system is down you will contract one kind of diseases or another.

2009 Message

Hi Everyone. 2008 gone. Now it is the start of 2009.

Isn't it like the same thing year in and year out, same message same resolution.

2008 in the last quarter was doomed with financial crisis taking a toll on the US economy and bringing the whole world down with her.

40 to 60 percent of wealth across the world was wiped up within a week.

The year 2009 to many economists, they are predicting a gloom year.

What do all these mean to us, the ordinary people?

We are whipped right, left and centre, by the whims and fancy of those with economic powers (now powerless) and left us to look after ourselves?

What if the worse it yet to come?

They cut jobs, raise prices and dictate what they want to do with us. What is your take on this?

Hasn't enough been enough?

Destiny and success is not in the hands of others. It is in God as well as in our own.

Illegal Pyramid Selling Scheme

First and foremost you must know that a pyramid selling scheme is illegal in most countries including countries like the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Romania, Colombia, Malaysia, Norway, Bulgaria, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Nepal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Iran and the People’s Republic of China.

Pyramid Selling Scheme has existed for at least a century.

What is a Pyramid Selling Scheme?

It is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money from enrolling of people into a scheme without any product or service delivered.

How does pyramid selling scheme preyed on people?

It exploits the combination of greed and gullibility in people.

A successful pyramid selling scheme combines a fake but seemingly credible business with simple to understand but sophisticated-sounding moneymaking formula.

Typical Pyramid Model

Mr. X makes only one payment. To start earning, Mr. X has to recruit others like him who will also make one payment each.

Mr. X gets paid out of receipts from new recruits.

They then go on to recruits others.

As each new recruit makes a payment Mr. X gets a cut.

He is thus promised exponential benefits as the business expands.

Note:
1. Such businesses seldom involve sales of real products or services to which a money value might be easily attached. However, sometimes the payment itself may be a non-cash valuable.

2. To enhance credibility, most such scams are well equipped with fake referrals, testimonials, and information.

3. Clearly, the flaw is that there is no end benefit.

4. The money simply travels up the chain.

5. Only the originator and a very few at the top rungs of the pyramid make serious money.

6. The amounts dwindle steeply down the pyramid slopes.

7. Of course, the worst off are at the bottom of the pyramid: those who subscribed to the plan, but were not able to recruit any followers themselves.

8. Some network or multi-level marketing businesses, which sell real products and rely on the price differentials between the manufacturer's dispatch ramp and the retail counter, may verge on the borderline between smart and scam.

How can one tell the difference between a pyramid selling scheme and a legitimate multi-level marketing plan?

The following is a standard test that is useful in determining if the company is a Pyramid Scheme:

1. Is the focus more on recruiting distributors than marketing the product or service?

2. The product, if any, offers no value or benefit to the consumer?

3. Is there a focus towards building high numbers of recruits that overpowers the company's desire to market the product towards the consumer?

4. Are you required to invest money without receiving a valuable product?

5. Does the compensation plan base commissions on the number of recruits?

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions and there is no real product of value to a consumer, then beware, the company is most likely operating under what may be defined as a Pyramid Scheme or Scam.

Pyramid Schemes offer
1. No real product or service,
2. No corporate or team,
3. Very little skill training,
4. Marketing the opportunity and recruiting far outweigh the importance of promoting the product.

The Multilevel Marketing business system allows
1. Large quantities of product to be moved through the direct marketing efforts of its affiliates.
2. As such the compensation plan is directly related to sales and not recruiting.
3. There are many successful MLM companies multilevel marketers earning 6 and 7 figure incomes worldwide with integrity, allowing their family's both time and financial freedom.

Greeting and Welcome to this Business Entrepreneurship Meeting.

If you listen carefully what you are about to hear, this may be the most important messages you have ever heard.

On the other hand I have enough respect for you to tell me that if this is not what you are looking for, then all the selling in the world would not do any good and is a complete waste of time. I won’t waste your time.

Before we talk about Business Entrepreneurship Meeting, let’s talk about what is happening around us in today’s world and take a glimpse into the future.

If you watch TV or read newspaper, you already know that things are not good.

Wherever you live in the world you probably hear and read the same news that I do. War, economic crisis, global warming, food shortage, just crazy unprecedented weather disasters, weird diseases like bird flu, and a lot more negative conditions threatening to drag in that will quickly change things for all of us.

Humanity seems to be on a coalition course on calamity on every hand.

If the naysayers have it right, we are heading in the worst economic disaster in history.

And even if they are wrong, it is clear that things are likely to get a lot worse before it can get better.

Common sense dictates that cause and effect is the law of nature, and we human can only ignore it for so long.

Then it will have to jump up and bite us, and bite us hard.

What have all of these got to do with Business Entrepreneurship Meetings? Well actually it has got a lot to with it.

With a shaky present and an uncertain future there are quite simply two kinds of people.

In part 1, I showed how an individual can earn $3,000 a month by having 3 new customers a week through Direct Selling.

Now I am going to discuss whether it is possible to earn $25,ooo a month through netwerk marketing?

Think of a big business organisation, for example Standard Chartered Bank. It's main business is in retail banking (which is in fact Direct Selling). The bank serves you directly when you go to the bank to deposit money, withdraw money, buy a bank draft, remit money, or buy a financial plan, and so on.

Standard Chatered Bank as we know today is a very large organisation with offices and branches all over the world. But how in the first place did Standard Chartered Bank got to where it is today?

It started as Chartered Bank a long, long time ago in 1853 as a stand alone bank serving her customers needs. Then it started to branch out to more and more branches within the Commonwealth nations, finally all over the world. In 1969 it merged with another bank called Standard Bank (founded in 1862) thus the name Standard Chartered Bank.

Today Standard Chartered Bank has operations in more than seventy countries. It operates a network of over 1,700 branches and outlets (including subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures) and employs 73,000 people. It's total revenue in 2007 was US$11.067 Billion. (Wikipedia)

It took them many years to get to where they are today. Expansion does take time. But with the right attitude and focus they are what they are today. I think it is the same all strong businesses.

I like to cite Standard Chartered Bank as an example because that is how I see network marketing is. We may not or don't have to be as large as Standard Charterd but the principle is the same, i.e. first starts with one person in your network, then two then four and so on. The process we take to expand our business in New Image is by way of NETWORK MARKETING.


Other examples are the hypermarkets, megamarkets and supermarkets like Carrefour, Tesco, and Giant. They not only expanded in their home country but have also expanded globally.

The concept of network marketing is simple - your revenue increases as your network increases because as it expands you are able to reach out to more customers.

As an organisation, you earn a percentage of all the business of your network. Therefore Network Marketing is the way to go forward if you want to expand.

How to expand your New Image Business through Network Marketing?

The Power of Network Marketing is LEVERAGE.

In Netwrok Marketing you must appreciate the power Leverage. Network Marketing means

1. Duplication (franchise),
2. Increase Time,
3. Increase Market share,
4. Increase Revenue.

7. Low Capital,
8. Low risk,
9. Receive Management support,
10. Ready marketable products,
11. Receive Business System
12. Achieve Passive Income, and
13. Financial Freedom

According to Robert Kiyosaki, Your Network is Your Networth
Robert Kiyosaki said, "Your Network is Your Net Worth" is so true. Once you have grasped the meaning of network marketing and see its potential, you are in league with the big timers of the world becasue Warren Buffet does it, so are Richard Branson, Body Shop, Citibank, to name a few. Robert Kiyosaki endorses Network Marketing in his book Business School. Dr.Charles W. King, Professor at University of Illinois at Chicago, Harvard University too endorses Direct Selling and Network Marketing in his book New Professionals.

That's how big coporations grew to be what they are today. The only thing that stands between them and you is perhaps the COURAGE to ACT and the FAITH to BELIEVE. In conventional business you would need a large capitals, whereas with New Image, the company had already invested the capital into the busness, built the infrastructure, and all you need to do is to work the business. You do not need large capital anymore. New Image has already got the business system to support your growth or expansion.

Step 3: Look for people who are looking for something to do - Offer him or her a business that can earn $3,000 a month (direct selling).
There are people who wants to make some money, for instance $3,000 a month. You can offer them this business, just like the first you saw or heard the New Image business.

When he or she comes into the business, they are in the network of your organisation. Thus when more people come into the business, your organisation will become larger and larger. As your team grow largee you will be promoted to a Supervisor. Later to a Manager, then Ruby Executive, Emerald Executive, and finally a Diamond Executive. (A Diamond Executive is like the CEO of your organisation).

Depending on your rank, you will be paid a Leadership Income base on your Network. What this means is your will receive an override up to 10% on your first generation business. So say if you have 10 business people as your first generation (and each of them is earning$3,000 based on the example of Direct Selling in Part 1), you will receive a leadership income of $423 for each x 10 = $4243 per month.

When you combine with your own Direct Selling income and your Network income you will have $7325.50. Cool!

What if the business people in organisation starts to duplicate what you are doing. You will get another income of the 2nd generation, right down to 6 generations. By then you will be earning no less than $25,000 a month. It is no longer cool. It is hot.

Multi Level Marketing

Thus come the time to explain the 3rd element i.e. MLM or Multi Level Marketing. It is actually nothing more than just a name that was merged with Multi Level Compensation Plan and Network Marketing - thus Multi Level Marketing. The compensation plan is based on revenue in your organisation and the number of levels or generation. The calculation I made calculating your income is based on the New Image compensation plan. MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING (MLM), also known as NETWORK MARKETING, is a business-distribution model that allows a parent company to market its products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and DIRECT SELLING.

Independent, unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing, referred to as distributors (or associates, independent business owners, dealers, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the parent company and are awarded a commission based upon the volume of product sold through each of their independent businesses (organizations).

Independent distributors develop their organizations by either building an active customer base, who buy direct from the parent company, or by recruiting a downline of independent distributors who also build a customer base, thereby expanding the overall organization. Distributors earn a commission based on the sales efforts of their organization, which includes their independent sale efforts as well as the leveraged sales efforts of their downline. This arrangement is similar to FRANCHISE arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or region manager. Commissions are paid to multi-level marketing distributors according to the company’s COMPENSATION PLAN.

Building A Successful Business

To build a successful New Image business you need to understand how this business works. Basically there are three elements in the business that you need to understand.

The first element is that New Image is a Direct Selling business. The the second element is New Image is a Network Marketing business.

The confusion begins when one thinks that Direct Selling (DS) and Network Marketing (NM) is the same. They are not but has been synonymously associated because modern marketing opportunities offer a combination of the two elements in their marketing plan. Then come a third element adding more confusion i.e. Multi Level Marketing (MLM). (I will be explaining each element in turn as we progress).

The maxim of 'How you think is how you act' holds true all the time. One of the reasons why a lot of people fail in the doing this kind of business is because they didn't differentiate the three elements and work them differently but they work it as one.

Thus in haste they go into a frenzy of recruiting members hoping to build a large network, pushing products or selling products rather than giving them reasons why they should buy. They push the idea of making a lot of money quickly, etc.

The failure comes even quicker when greed drives in, when the recruiter tries to persuade the member to buy in more than they need or manipulate the marketing plan to suit their selfish intention.

Thus Network Marketing got it's bad name as it has been construed a 'pyramid selling scheme,' whcih it is not. (I will discuss the the mojor differences between 'pyramid selling scheme' which is illegal and Network Marketing my next article).

They lost the sight of doing a meaningful business i.e. offering products to customers who need them. That's what banks do; that's what pharmarcies do; that's what supermarkets do and so on - offereing and selling products to consumers.

How to earn $3,000 month after month just doing Direct Selling.

Direct Selling means selling directly to a customer. For examples, a financial planner sells an insurance plan to a customer and a bank officer selling bank products. So in New Image business selling Alpha Lipid Lifeline to a customer is direct selling. It is a fairly decent business to do as you are promoting health and prevention of diseases. You just need the correct approach and the right attitude to do the business well.

Just as in any business conventional or otherwise for it to be successful it must be based of enough consumers buying the products or services. The industry is global and growing. Recent figures show almost fifty-five million people are involved and in 2007 it is estimated that worldwide retail sales accounted for more than US$111 Billion.

At its best, direct selling can be an opportunity for individuals to find fulfillment, express their entrepreneurial talents and gain financial independence. At its worst, it can become a kind of pyramid scheme.

The Right Approach: Build a Loyal Consumer Base.

How to Build Consumer Base?

Step 1: First Be a Consumer Yourself!
Everyone needs health. The problem is that most people who are not sick takes health for granted.

There is a saying "Health is Wealth". It is so true because only when you are healthy you can be happy. Imagine if you are sick, could you be happy? Or if a family member you love is sick, could you be happy? It is obviously 'No'!

If you are not happy, most propbably you would not be able to work well? Only when you are happy, you will be able to attracts wealth to you but it is not the other way round. The irony is people who worked so hard to build wealth at the expense of health later suffer the regrets of unable to enjoy the wealth they built.
